The Edge Software - DISAdvantages
There are a couple disadvantages to using this poker software, and I would not feel right selling it to you and letting you find these issues on your own.
The most disappointing limitation, in my opinion, is the fact that you can not save poker stats with this tracking program and play at more than one table. Recording poker statistics takes time and a certain amount of dedication on your part. While it does not hurt to miss stat tracking for a round or two, to save poker statistics accurately you have to pay attention to your screen and your holdem opponents. This is no problem in poker tourney play, but sometimes you want to open more than one game.
Another disadvantage of recording player stats with this poker software is that the window is not part of the poker program. When you click on a button to save another players poker decision, your screen blinks for a small fraction of a second while the software updates statistics. The poker software then brings your screen back to the front to record other players poker stats. In the future I hope to come up with a way to integrate the two windows, but I do not know how to do it at this time.
